Privacy and local game data

The current Wend Unlimited release is a static site. It has no account system, cloud sync, analytics script, advertising script or in-site feedback submission.

What is stored in your browser

Wend Unlimited uses localStorage to remember the current puzzle, traced and solved paths, elapsed time, hints, redraws, completed Daily levels, basic play totals and your Daily streak. Archive runs use separate keys so they cannot alter the current Daily result.

Wend Unlimited also uses its own local progress record, including the selected difficulty and position within that difficulty’s practice loop. This information stays within the current browser profile unless browser software, an extension or a device-level backup copies that storage.

What the current release does not send

The game does not send those saved runs to a Wend Unlimited account or leaderboard because neither service exists in this release. Puzzle JSON is downloaded as a static asset. The result-sharing row uses ordinary links rather than third-party widgets, so no social network code runs on Wend Unlimited. A network receives the result or page URL only after you choose its button. Copy writes the result only to your clipboard, and the device share sheet opens only after you choose More.

Hosting logs

The web host may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser details and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. Wend Unlimited does not currently add a separate analytics or advertising identifier.

External links and result sharing

Pages may link to an external source, such as LinkedIn’s official Wend instructions. Following an external link makes a request to that destination under its own privacy terms. Wend Unlimited does not load LinkedIn code merely because a text link appears on a page.

After a completed run, social, messaging and email links are ordinary user-initiated links. The destination receives the result or page URL only after you choose it. Copy uses the browser clipboard after your action, and More asks the operating system to open its share sheet when that feature is available.

No account or cloud profile

The current site has no Wend Unlimited login, user profile, cloud save, public leaderboard or connection graph. A streak shown on one device is not proof of an account and will not automatically appear on another device or browser. Claims about LinkedIn accounts, scores or leaderboards apply only to LinkedIn’s separate official service.

The button below removes localStorage keys whose names begin with wend-unlimited. from this browser only. It cannot remove ordinary hosting logs.

What clearing data changes

Clearing Wend Unlimited data removes local puzzle progress, timers, practice position, completed levels and streak information stored under the site’s keys. It does not delete the static puzzle files from the web, affect another browser profile or contact a remote account because no Wend Unlimited account exists.

Changes and questions

If accounts, analytics, advertising or cloud services are introduced later, this page must be updated before those features are described as available. Privacy questions can be sent through the feedback page, which opens a local email draft rather than submitting a hidden form.
